Both of the front desk employees I interacted with were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and eager to return. I brought in my new pet cat, who had been struggling with a persistent dietary issue and needed vaccines. The vet did an outstanding job of thoroughly explaining the treatment plan and pricing, ensuring all my concerns were addressed. I was in dire need of a pet hospital for my sick dog we had taken him to a vet yesterday but noticed this morning he still wasnt his usual self so me and my brother came here upon explaining my situation the front desk girl told me right away bring him in. Once me and my brother got there she was on the phone but told whoever she was talking to can I call you back I have an emergency. Long story short we had to put our pup down. Although bittersweet to let him go I'm thankful for the staff to be honest caring and compassionate with our situation. They genuinely do care for not only you but your pet as well.. Thank You Atlas!!!

Looking for a place to neuter a small male cat . I called Norco animal hospital for a price and was quoted 1,000 dollars. Seriously, for a 5 lb male cat ? So I kept looking and found Atlas Pet Hospital . The Gals at the front desk are very welcoming . The neuter , the after pain meds , his shots , flea treatment , and micro chip all for about 350.00. The Vet was great and a follow up call the next day to see how he was doing . Think I found a new Vet.. 5 Stars from me.

This place isn't greedy. They don't try and upsell anything while you're there and don't charge fees for canceling or rescheduling. They seem to care more about animals than other places I've been. Definitely recommend.

It is not easy to say goodbye to your furbaby. The staff at Atlas was EXTREMELY KIND and helpful with the process. The Vet explained everything and gave us options for my furbaby. Unfortunately, due to old age I could not have my furbaby suffer any longer. Thank you staff at Atlas for all of your help and kind words. Later, that week we received a heart felt card with staff's condolences. This was priceless and made us feel so grateful for Atlas staff, even more.

The Animal Doctor was nice to my dog but the office exam table needed to be cleaned everytime dogs lay on it. Over all I was there to help my relative hold the dog for a couple of shots and the employees were nicely trained

A new Vet, curbside visit, plus high anxiety dog had me on edge. Our first visit was seamless and I am so glad I finally made the appointment with Atlas. (I had been wanting to find a vet closer to home) the assistant took her time and made sure our dog was calm before taking him back. The assistant who discharged was super helpful and clear with the doctors orders. The follow up call to check on how our dog was doing was really appreciated. The staff was friendly and informative.

We have been coming to Atlas for over two years. After many visits at other Vet offices it was here that we were offered real solutions for our fur baby Sadie. They got us through all her treatments and most of all Sadie loves coming here. Since then we have been taking all our newly adopted fur babies. The staff here is great. My favorite thing is that they call either that evening or the next day to check in and see how the animals are doing. The vets always take their time in explaining everything, and offering many solutions. They really do care about you and your fur baby.

This was my first time here and I have to say hands down one of the best veterinary hospitals I have been to. The staff was friendly and they were very informative prices are very reasonable and best part they don’t pressure you into anything you tell them what you can do and afford and they are great with that.
