This place isn't greedy. They don't try and upsell anything while you're there and don't charge fees for canceling or rescheduling. They seem to care more about animals than other places I've been.... Definitely recommend.read more

It is not easy to say goodbye to your furbaby. The staff at Atlas was EXTREMELY KIND and helpful with the process. The Vet explained everything and gave us options for my furbaby. Unfortunately, due... to old age I could not have my furbaby suffer any longer. Thank you staff at Atlas for all of your help and kind words. Later, that week we received a heart felt card with staff's condolences. This was priceless and made us feel so grateful for Atlas staff, even more.read more

Best Place to get my babies groomed. Ladies are super sweet. After taking my babies out of the crate my dogs went directly to them. They bonded during their grooming 😀

A new Vet, curbside visit, plus high anxiety dog had me on edge. Our first visit was seamless and I am so glad I finally made the appointment with Atlas. (I had been wanting to find a vet closer to... home) the assistant took her time and made sure our dog was calm before taking him back. The assistant who discharged was super helpful and clear with the doctors orders. The follow up call to check on how our dog was doing was really appreciated. We have been coming to Atlas for over two years. After many visits at other Vet offices it was here that we were offered real solutions for our fur baby Sadie. They got us through all her treatments... and most of all Sadie loves coming here. Since then we have been taking all our newly adopted fur babies. The staff here is great. My favorite thing is that they call either that evening or the next day to check in and see how the animals are doing. The vets always take their time in explaining everything, and offering many solutions. They really do care about you and your fur baby.read more

This was my first time here and I have to say hands down one of the best veterinary hospitals I have been to. I was having a really hard time finding someone to take my cat after he was at a 24hour emergency for a urinary blockage. I had no sleep and I was running around trying to find someone that wasn’t... going to charge me $4000-$5000. As soon as I called them and told them they got the vet on the phone. she talked to me and said just come in we will take you. They took care of my cat for the day while the emergency took care of him for the night. I did have to spend a lot but the back and forth was way less then the 4000-5000. What was awesome was they sent my cat with a fluid bag which the emergency didn’t so I didn’t have to pay for another fluid bag. BUT what I loved the most is they cared for my cat and also cared for me. They kept saying to me “he is ok now go home and get some rest”. This is a small place but they are caring and willing to help.read more

We had a good experience in the end. The start of our visit/drop-off there were some discrencies with cost, but after we talked about the miscommunication we were able to reach a happy medium.... 😊My dog recieved good care and his teeth look great and he now has sweet doggy breathe again.read more
